While many athletes often accept aches and pains as part of their sport, continuing to train on an injury can aggravate a mild condition with disastrous results. For Hampton Roads athletes who don’t always have the time to see the doctor, In Motion is offering a series of free athletic injury clinics.
These clinics are an opportunity for Hampton Roads athletes to receive a free injury screening from a board certified sports medicine specialist. Our experienced physician will evaluate sports injuries and then recommend what (if any) further treatment is necessary, whether it’s an appointment with a primary care physician, physical therapist, or orthopaedic specialist. A certified physical therapist or athletic trainer will join the doctor at each event.
All athletes will be seen on a first come, first served basis.
