- Received bachelors degree in Health Sciences with a concentration in Athletic Training from the University of Central Florida in 2004
- Received master’s degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Exercise Science from the University of South Florida in 2007
- Licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine and Certified by the National Athletic Trainer’s Association Board of Certification to practice as an Athletic Trainer
- Prior to joining Bon Secours, worked as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Jacksonville University from 2007-2009 working with the women’s soccer team and the crew team and as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Old Dominion University from 2009-2014 working with the field hockey team and the men and women’s tennis teams
- Specializations in Instrument Assisted Manual Therapy through the Graston Technique
- Involved in the Mid-Atlantic Athletic Trainers Association annual meeting and symposium
- Certified as a Professional Rescuer in CPR/AED through the American Red Cross
- Has been with Bon Secours since February 2010
